Customer Service or Not???

I have had some problems with
customer service
*issues*
in the past.
Ppl when 1st hired seem
to be compassionate but after a while,
they just do not seem to care.
It's not their problem.
All they care about
is their pay check.
Why work some where and not care?
I thought you should enjoy your job!
Now some companies have
created an automated service,
live web chats,
and web referrals,
but we do not always
get we want or need provided.
Or ...
they transfer you to this person,
that person,
you get hung up on,
all kinds of bullshit.
Like with the government agencies/public assistant,
*food stamps, W2/Welfare, medical, social security, etc.*

utilities,
*cell/phone, electric, gas, water, etc.*

&

warranties and returns.

I do not like to call and complain.
I should have no reason to call and complain!!!
I do not like to complain
but if it is what it takes then
o'well.
And still I am not satisfied!

AT& T:
I had to wait almost 2 whole months
before my phone service was activated.
I was promised a day to have the service started.
Then I had wanted a simple plan,
it's what I ordered.
I did not have any features,
no long distance,
nothing.
My monthly bill was suppose to be less then 20$.
My bill was always 60-80 bucks?
Y?
They charged me for calls that I didn't make
and features like 3-way calling that I did not order.
I didn't even have call waiting.
Whenever I called to discuss my bill,
they would take care of the situation a day or so later
but much rather try to sell me more shyt.
But...
Don't pay your bill on time,
they are quick to disconnect you.
How is it that they are quick to disconnect you,
and take all dayum day starting your service???
Anything that is promised is just false hope.

and picture texting,

I thought so too!
I bought a phone,
that was not a camera phone.
I was unable to receive picture texts!
They did not tell me that shyt when I had purchased the phone.
But I pay for them, unlimited!!!
Phone drops calls,
you do not always send out texts when you think you do,
your phone does not always place a call,
you do not always receive calls,
caller I.D. is a trip telling you that someone is calling
or has called and it will be someone else.
You can only text 10 ppl @ a time.
They make you pay to pay your cell phone bill, 3$!
If you pay on a credit card it's free,
BUT you owe that extra to the credit card company!
The cricKet corporate store is so ghetto.
I have been through 2 phones.
Both of them are broke.
The store does not do repairs.
They suggest you buy a new one.
WTF?
Then I noticed that from month-to-month my bill was getting higher,
higher and higher!
When you call the service number,
they take forever.
Sometimes when you pay the bill,
they say you didn't.
Save your receipts with the confirmation number
or you will be making another payment.

Verizon:

I had the Verizon phone service while I lived in Florida.
They have an automated prompts for you.
When you ask to speak to someone,
they give you options to pay your bill.
They always had extra charges on the bill.
Speaking to Foreign Reps that live in India.
Yet, there are no jobs here
or
it's hard to find a job
but yet,
they can have jobs over in India handling our calls.

Child Support:

It is so much more that the paralegals and case workers could do.
I do not know about other people and the issues they have with
child support.
Mine problem is when I call about,
"WHY I didn't receive a payment?"
They always say call back in 30 days.
WTF?
They are child support enforcement, enforce that shit!
They do "NOT" make calls,
only send letters out!

But the feelings I feel today:
LOVE!!!
It's easy to love
unconditionally,
but
when those emotional feelings
start to catch up on me,
I am starting to feel certain feelings for
this awesome man.
He is very insightful,

Stripper who steals: Retail & Electricity!!!

Since July, a stripper puta that lived upstairs from has been stealing my electricity.
I have contacted the energy company, they tell me to call the police.
Call the police, they say call the energy company.
I have had this run around from July 10th until September 29th. (2009)

The electric company told me, I still had to pay my bill, that there is nothing they can do, nothing!!!, call the landlord, and to call the police . This puta has used damn near 4 months of my shit and I have to be responsible for her debts on my account, str8 up bullshit. Landlord is a slum. Lost the house and it's been foreclosed. So, wtf is he going to do? He does not care about this house, the tenants, the conflicts, just his stupid ass. I received my recent bill with a disconnection notice last Tuesday. I called WE Energies, I was calm at 1st but they are not compassionate whatsoever. I got so mad to the point I started crying and cussing the WE Energy Representative out. Cussing her out only made me more angry, so I called the police. Finally an officer comes, calls the city, city has the building inspector come out, he comes out, takes pictures, posted orders on her door to vacate the property. **she was TRESPASSING** The puta takes the stickers off the door like nothing. I told her that I wanted to speak with her, she acknowledged. The next evening (last Wednesday), my landlord shows up questioning me about the police calling him. The MF does not come to do his repairs on the house but wants to question me why the police called, knowing damn well the police told him about his slummy property. I explain to him how the puta has been using my shit (electricity) without my consent, how she had cords plugged up into her upper unit, how she now has a jumper wire from her fuse box to my fuse box, how she always asking for food, dishes, kitchenware, hair products, how she leaves the back door unlocked **& wonders why & how someone broke into her house**, she was rude to my company about parking in the drive way, used my washer and dryer *laundry detergent, too!!!* without consent, even had her ppl using my washer & dryer. WTF???

On Wednesday, I was gone all day, running some errands on the stupid electric bill!!! While I was not at home the puta, took the board of her door, moved her things, Damaged the back hallway, TRASHED the upstairs, cut the cords to my washer and dryer. Makes threats to harm my family and I.

I called the police. Police only took my statement. Yesterday, I was suppose to hear from the 1st police officer that responded and the building inspector. Nothing!

Today the city electrician is suppose to come out and repair the electricity. (2pm)

I think that if WE Energies would have taken care of this situation when it was brought to their attention, I could be in the basement washing clothes now!
